Was back again for the 2nd. time in a short few months to Bergey's Ford of Ambler, this time for a Ford Bronco. Again had the pleasure of dealing with Derek Cavanaugh as the salesperson. Derek came through for me yet again. His patience, personality, demeanor and of course his knowledge made it such a pleasant and relaxed experience. I kind of already knew what I wanted and was looking for, but Derek advised me on points I hadn't considered. Couldn't be more happy and satisfied with the whole process. I purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and extended warranty on each. Took my vehicle for service to include a Ford recall and received a very inflated bill. The extra warranty i bought from this dealership covered nothing on the bill and they couldn’t even do the recall because they didn’t have the part. Work that was done was lackluster.

Bergey's Ford is a great site for used cars. They are thorough in their inspection and updating of used vehicles before they sell them. They took care of a 90+ year old, providing a very nice car at a good price. Our salesman Austin was very accommodating of our schedule and took great care of us.

I set up appt for tires took my car there they called me later to say they dont have them! xxx! I'm still in utter disbelief. Would give a zero if I could, they gave a free oil change, how about a free tire since I have to go back again! Seriously no words!
