I purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and

I purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and extended warranty on each. Took my vehicle for service to include a Ford recall and received a very inflated bill. The extra warranty i bought from this dealership covered nothing on the bill and they couldn’t even do the recall because they didn’t have the part. Work that was done was lackluster.

Bergey's Ford is a great site for used cars.

Bergey's Ford is a great site for used cars. They are thorough in their inspection and updating of used vehicles before they sell them. They took care of a 90+ year old, providing a very nice car at a good price. Our salesman Austin was very accommodating of our schedule and took great care of us.

I set up appt for tires took my car there they called me

I set up appt for tires took my car there they called me later to say they dont have them! xxx! I'm still in utter disbelief. Would give a zero if I could, they gave a free oil change, how about a free tire since I have to go back again! Seriously no words!

Seamless purchase of a 2022 lightly used F150! I worked with Jessica Stevens as my sales rep. She was super helpful and very organized. She made my time at the dealership less stressful by being prepared and answered all the questions I had. Overall great experience with Bergey’s Ford.

It was a pleasure to work with Tony on the purchase of my vehicle from Bergey's. From the moment we walked in the door of the dealership we were made to feel welcomed by the staff without the feel of any pressure as potential buyers. Tony did a great job as we worked together to get the best deal for the truck I wanted. Having driven 90 minutes to get to this dealership to see the truck, I would do it again if ever needed!

If you're looking for a Ford or a certified pre-owned, go talk to Walter! I found a vehicle online, but went to the wrong Bergey's location. The staff at Bergey's Chevrolet in Plymouth Meeting was very helpful and sent us on our way to Bergey's Ford Of Ambler. We arrived with less than an hour until close... but Walter set us up immediately to see the vehicle and take it for quick drive. We needed to think on it, so he offered to follow up in the morning and, from there, purchasing the vehicle was a breeze. The paperwork was done online and once we came back to the store, the whole team was easy to work with and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
