Will Alford has never failed me.

Will Alford has never failed me. He always bent over backwards to ensure quality service. He even went as far as giving me advice on choosing my next vehicle when I toldchim I wasn't sure what to get next. He is a keeper. Thanks to the mechanics. This makes a big difference when you will be soon in the market for a new vehicle.

Best and most professional dealership I've ever worked

Best and most professional dealership I've ever worked with. Darrell had everything ready for us to sign when we got to the dealership and Mr Kevin Johnson worked diligently to complete all the additional paperwork. Everything ran smoothly.

I have a natural suspicion of automobile dealerships and have avoided them my entire life. Recently, I purchased a 2020 Subaru BRZ at Crown Acura. I was completely surprised! I worked with salesman, Jamel Chatman. He turned out to be gracious, fair, and entirely attentive throughout the transaction. Should you be looking for a new or used car, I'd highly suggest you contact him! In addition, General Manager, Matt Perry, was equally fair and honest throughout the process. Both men have been attentive and available at all times to address my questions and concerns. I'm very happy with my purchase! So, before you give up on dealerships, try working with Crown Acura. Came in because my car was leaking something and didn't

Came in because my car was leaking something and didn't know what it was . Service Tech Mike came back and said my oil filter was loose and they had tighten it and tired to clean the oil up the best they could. Problem is I only get my oil change at the dealership so this issue had to happen with the last mechanic. I hope this mistake didn't mess anything up.
