I recently purchased a used Chevrolet Suburban from Crown Acura, Richmond, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. I won’t be going anywhere else when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. My salesman Chris and everyone else at the dealership went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the vehicle. A check engine light came on a couple of days after we purchased the vehicle and I was worried it was going to be an expensive repair that I would be responsible for, since I had already driven the used car off the lot , but Chris told me to bring it in so they could take a look at it and promised they would take care of it. Not only did they take care of the repairs, but Chris even gave me a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. I have never dealt with or heard of another dealership that is willing to go to these links to ensure that their customer is satisfied, especially when purchasing a used vehicle.
