On January 12,2024 I visited Imperial Ford tp look for a

On January 12,2024 I visited Imperial Ford tp look for a Used Ford explorer.I was met by a salesman named Dean Childs. the ford explorer I was interested in was not a 6 cylinder. Dean advised he had a Explorer.which I agreed to look at. Well when I saw it I knew it was for me..Mr Childs was very polite and honest in his presitation.he explained the price and when I was trying to get a better price he was upfront about everything. In all the years I have bought cars New And Used I have never had such a wonderful experiance.. Because of Mr. Childs I bought the Ford Exporer Platinum..Durning and after my purchase Mr. Childs spent a lot of time processing all the paperwork and going over all the opeational things to do to operate safely never refusing to take the time needed. On a side note and an another salesperson who deserves a greatb review is LyndaGlassey. She spent a lot of tine explaining the several questions I had about all the technology. She was pleasant easyn to understand her answers, When I returnes to the dealership, a few days later as I had a few more questions Dead was off. So I spotted Lynda Glassey. I asked her if She could help me as I still was unsure of a few things.. She never batted an eye.. What a team Dean and Lynda make. I will make sure I tell all my friends whatna great experience I had and if they are looking to buy a car to make sure they go and see Dean Childs or Lynda Glassey. On a number I would rate both of them with a pointnnumber of 200 out of 200. Thank You both forn making my car buying a wonderful and pleasant experance. David P. Raphael

I just made my 5th vehicle purchase from Imperial Ford and the organization never ceases to amaze me. Haley Lescarbeau was my sales consultant. After a 10-minute consult of my ideal vehicle requirements, Haley had 4 options and 5 minutes later we were test driving. Haley was attentive to my needs and very professional. Haley is a positive influence and inspires overall trust for Imperial.

****Buyer Beware**** I made an appointment to view a car, the appointment meant nothing, the car wasn't ready and I waited 1 hour to test drive the car. Then I was told that the price they show on the internet isn't the real price of the car, so they tried to pull a bait and switch. Make sure you confirm the price of the vehicle before you go to the dealership.

Ali K. at Imperial Ford is the only person my husband and I will buy a vehicle from. He is knowledgeable, kind and will work with you to get the best deal possible. I have been a customer of Imperial Ford for over 20 years and purchased at least five vehicles (including with family members)! I just bought a new 2023 Maverick and am thrilled - not only with the vehicle itself but with the whole process! Thank you all, especially Dean (this time around) for working with me and for making it so easy for me! I will always go to Imperial!

So what more can I say about this amazing dealership that myself and others haven't already said. Again I found myself in the position of needing another vehicle. I am so beyond grateful for Ali Kehail, Bob Pierce, Michael Falco, and lets face it, the entire Imperial Ford Team. I could go on and on and on for my many rewarding experiences with this incredible dealership. My sincerest appreciation for all of them for their above and beyond devotion to their customers is absolutely amazing and their loyalty and friendship is among the best of the best in the business. We work for a non-profit organization and went to Imperial Ford for the first time to purchase 2 vehicles which was listed at a low price and miles. Once we got there, we were greeted by David Boratyn/Salesman, he was awesome! He advised us what the vehicle offers and went through with the purchases surprisingly quickly. We will definitely be there again for our next purchase!

I had come in on Saturday for my appointment.

I had come in on Saturday for my appointment..Donny greeted me in the drive lane,took my information and proceeded to give my a grill coupon for lunch,which i thought was very nice.they had my service done within the hour and a half he said it would take. Thank you for the great service
