Very friendly

i was just stopping by to browse to kill time and was approached by Cassie Paradis a sales lady at the ford store. she was very polite and friendly. i wasnt there to buy nor am i in the market but she was very nice to talk to. she was also helpful to answer the few questions i had out of curiousity and gave me her card for the future. when i am looking to buy my next car i will definitely be there to see her again.

Great experience

Great dealership, lots of cars available. Jon Filleul helped me find the car that was perfect for my budget while still getting something that had some bells and whistles. Jon was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience...

I returned to this dealership after purchasing a used Ford almost 2 years ago....and I once again had a great experience. Dave and the Ford team was super helpful and I can't wait to go back to finalize the deal. Highly recommended dealership and I recommend Dave Bertulli, he's the best man there to work with.

Great service

New F150

I couldn't of asked for better service. Upon walking into the dealership, I was greeted by Maaz and immediately felt like I was welcomed and Maaz was receptive to what I was looking for and provided me with quality options. The process was streamlined and all the staff my wife and I met with during the buying process were friendly, cordial and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue doing business there as well as providing recommendations to family and friends.

Great customer service

Don at Imperial Ford is amazing. He helped me out again when I thought I was stuck. If is was not for Don and the Ford service team I would not have made it to my destination. You can always count on a fast and efficient repair when going to Imperial ford service. Thanks again

Ford F 150 just serviced.

Just had my Ford F 150 serviced, and Donald Hanscom was very courteous. He kept me well informed through the repairs. The repairs were completed on time and I am pleased with the cost.

Honest Dealer, Great people, Cant Beat the experience

Went out to Imperial based on online pricing and a recommendation of friends friend who had a great experience. Was a little skeptical based on the previous dealer experiences I had in the recent weeks, but when I got to Imperial, I was greeted in a respectful manner, and explained I had requested a test drive for the next day (for two different trucks) but were available so decided to come out a day early. When we explained this, Maaz was incredibly helpful, he let us test drive multiple trucks so i could see the different engines and trims and didn't pressure me into one or the other. We actually loved the smaller engine (cheaper price) and Mazz seemed more than happy to start talking about this even though it wasn't the higher end model. He also wanted to walk around my trade with me so I could explain any dings or dents that it had and just another sign that they trusted my word proving that I can trust their word. When we first started negotiating, there was a different tactic used than I had seen before, and there was a little language barrier but when I mentioned that I just wanted to talked about 1) the price of the truck for sale then 2) the price of the trade, (I had been toyed with at multiple ford dealers before and was sick of it so laid out what I wanted expecting a negative reaction), Maaz was more than willing to explain where he was coming from and what he was trying to get across but also understood my positioning. He was willing to take any questions I had and any offers i had (being a first time new car buyer but learning from previous mistakes, very expensive mistakes, I had an idea this time of what I wanted) and Maaz was willing to work with me to make sure I came close to my numbers. I decided to take the night to talk about it with my loan cosigner (I wish I didnt take the extra time but for the second biggest purchase besides a house figured it was worth the extra few hours to discuss. At this point Maaz introduced me to Mike Dimella and between the two of them with their patients and expertise on the vehicle they as well as the deal we came to, they talked me into the truck without any pressure. Their low pressure attitude and friendly nature sealed the deal for me. I highly recommend Imperial ford if you are looking for a new vehicle as they will work with you to get you into what you want and will be incredibly respectful throughout the process.

Paul did a great job from start to finish. Even though I was looking for the lowest priced car they had on the lot he made me feel like a new car buyer. He listened (a Salesperson! Listening!) and after he understood what I was looking for we spent time cruising the 52 acres with me looking at the available vehicles. He “knew” we would find something. Well we did. His next step was walking me through the process. He requested a few days for his Shop to go over the car bumper to bumper to make sure I would be satisfied. I took delivery and the positive experience continued. Paul was there to meet me and go over the entire car so I was comfortable before driving off. Thank you Paul!
