Superb Deal for sure!

Well, this was quite an experience for sure...I haven't new car shopped in ages, so I wasn't sure how well I'd make out at all (I had a price limit that I could spend but of course I wanted the very best deal I could get for said price as well). I had spotted this particular car on Imperial Ford's website (2016 Ford Fiesta in "Electric Spice" color) and fell in love with same, but wasn't sure if we could make the "figures work". But between myself, my oldest brother and sister in law, and the sales person we worked hard and made a deal and have been pleased as hell ever since. I brought the car in for one minor problem (bad coolant temp sensor causing the "Service Engine Soon" light to come on), which was easily handled by the dealership. So far so good, really enjoying the new wheels!

Great experience

I wanted to to say what an amazing experience I had at imperial cars. I started at Chevrolet , but ended up at Chrysler dodge , where I found my new vehicle. I was upside down ( the new term is negative equity) in the car I was needing to trade, all the staff worked effortlessly to help me out. Timothy Donohue the sales manager, Travis Hayward Chevrolet consultant, and Rami Awad the business manager went above and beyond to make everything work. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

Nice Experience

Dean helped me find a first time vehicle for my teenage daughter. He found us the perfect used car, low mileage and a great price. It was a no hassle experience which is not often the case when car shopping. Dean was friendly, professional and clearly wanted us to leave happy. Which we did!

Excellent Sales and Service Department

Own 2 Fords and a Chevy purchased thru Imperial. Justin Surtel in the Ford Sales Dept. has been great to deal with and have recommended others to him. Don Hanscom, Jr in Service Dept. is always trying to accommodate my last minute requests. Service is performed in a timely manner.

Excellent customer service

I gave a 5 star rating because I went in for an oil change and told my adviser, Donald Hanscom, that I was pretty sure I needed brakes and new tires. I dropped my car off and came back for it later in the afternoon, fully expecting a big bill for brakes and tires. Donald explained to me that the brakes had some wear but that I had a few more miles before they needed to be changed and also the same with the tires. I will definitely go back to the Ford dealership to have my brakes and tires done when it's time because Donald was honest with me. Most dealerships and advisers, would have changed the brakes and tires just because I walked in and said that I thought I needed them done. I appreciate the honesty and also felt like I was being treated with respect. I highly recommend the Ford dealership, and I highly recommend you talk to Donald.

Effortless

I came in one day, just to do some research on my next vehicle. I came across the Ford Escape that I just absolutely loved. Dean helped me get through everything and he was a pleasure to work with. He went through everything that my car has to ensure that I knew how everything works and explained all the safety features it has, which was great. He kept me up to date by text which was great, I knew everything that was going on prior to picking up the car.

Total Satisfaction!

My husband and I were looking to get an SUV. We had researched online and found so many at so many different dealerships. He had a coworker who suggested Imperial, which we had sent an email to already for a price watch. We decided to give them a try. Our salesman, Ahmad Alsabagh, was most courteous. We explained that we were interested in a specific 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. He arranged for a test drive, we decided to see what could be worked out with the finance end of it. He introduced us to Mike and he worked a deal that was agreeable with us. Wallah! Bought a new vehicle. We needed to transfer insurance and stuff, so we arranged to pick the vehicle up at 5PM. Then we arranged to bring it back on Friday for the detailing and to get the inspection sticker and the new registration. On that day we would receive a rental at NO COST and a voucher to eat at the Miss Mendon Diner (The Lobster Roll was AWESOME!) . Ahmad made sure we knew how to operate all the"little extras" in the car, taking the time to show us and explain them,. He even set the phone up on blue tooth for me! Our entire experience was wonderful. No pressure, no fast talk. Just pure honesty. That's what we liked the most. Would definitely recommend the dealership!

Always professional and informative. Thorough inspections resulting not selling a service or parts not needed. I always feel comfortable going there. I make sure My sons vehicle is also serviced there.

Andy Clair is an exceptional person first, salesman second. He worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted. He seen to everything from when I walked through the door to delivery, including the ribbons and balloons. I am confident he will be there in the future should I need his help.
