I did not feel pressured in anyway / Most of the time the salespeople are pushing just to get the deal not Dean he's wonderful to work with.

Great customer service
Another great experience from Rick and the Ford team. I made a routine maintenance appointment, did not realize I made it for the week after but I was still taken right in and my truck serviced. I can always count on my Imperial Ford service team to get the job done right the first time .

Awesome service
I just want to make it a point to say thank you to Rick and the Ford service team. I came in over the weekend without an appointment and needed a tire fast. As soon as I walked in the door Rick greated me and helped me right away I was in and back on my way in 1 hour. Thanks again for the service you have a customer for life.

Service Engine Light
Took my 2012 Ford Focus in as the Engine Service light came on. It was due to an O2 sensor, which was covered by extended warranty. Also fixed the driver side power window switch and a couple of other small things found. I had hoped to pick the car up by noon, due to work schedule, but they had to send for the window switch part. Car was ready next day, got a voice message from Don Hanscom. Service was great, as usual. Never used to trust dealers, doing most maintenance myself, but I take the car to the dealer every time due to the great service.

Very pleasent and accomidating
The sales person was very pleasant and spent what ever time we needed to go over all the features of the car. He stayed back and let us go over the vehicle. He had all the answers we needed to make our discussion. In todays internet world where everyone knows car pricing he came right in with the dealer incentives and pricing was right on. No back and forth a god price was quoted and accepted. No long process.

New car buying made simple
I contacted several local dealers via email to get prices on a very specific new car. They ALL emailed me back with friendly responses, but as soon as I asked for a price, all communication immediately stopped. Imperial Ford was the only dealer that emailed me back a clear black & white price. The price was low, so I was expecting a trick, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. My salesman, Sean Goulet, honored the price, no questions asked. No extra items or services were pushed on us, and the facility is beautiful. The whole experience was quick, easy, and pleasant.

KIM JACQUES FINANCE QUEEN!!
We just bought a Dodge Durango - couldn't get in to see the Finance Manager at Imperial Dodge because of the wait time so we actually lucked out and were walked over to the Imperial Ford building to work with Kim. In a word - Kim is PHENOMENAL at her job! Just a straight up PRO! She works in a man's world - but (and no offense guys) - she really could run the place (wink, wink)!! I also know that she could have probably worked on "upselling" us every available protection and warranty - the woman could sell ice cubes to an Eskimo - but she was so completely straight forward and open about it. She also spent time telling us about the philanthropic mission of the owner and what Imperial stands for and contributes to the community and why she loves to work for Imperial. You don't hear that every day from employees. That's impressive! She is going to China next April for her birthday - and I want to hear that she actually made it on that trip! Thanks, Kim!!

Simple new car purchase
We wanted to try "internet car buying", so we used a popular 3rd party website to initiate contact with, and obtain prices from several local dealers. Out of all the dealers we communicated with via email, Imperial Ford was the ONLY one that would give us a price via email, and the price was low. We took Imperial's price to another dealer, and they said they couldn't match it. So we went to Imperial where they honored the price, and didn't push any extra items on us. The beautiful facility was icing on the cake. A great experience overall.
