Imperial Ford

We recently purchased a car at imperial Ford. And had the pleasure of working with sales representative Sean L. It was a very pleasurable experience. Sean was very patient, kind, professional. We were trying to decide between two vehicles, and he never pressed us or pushed us either way. He was very informative, smile a lot, and was very comfortable to be around. Once we decided on the vehicle that of choice, he then walked us through the process, making sure we understood everything along the way. Once we met with the financial office to do the paperwork, Sean was working behind the scenes to make sure our vehicle was washed and cleaned so that we could take it home that night. This was surprised us as it was getting late and almost time to close once we were done the process. Sean pulled the car up And taught us all the features. We understood everything before we left. We love our bronco Sean thank you for all you do. We would use imperial again in the future. This is our second time using them. We hope to see Sean again as he was a great sales person.

I am happy that the next day I was able to make a decision and return back to complete the formalities. All in all I am very happy with the purchase experience at Imperial Ford. Now waiting for my expedition to get delivered and I am sure it would be a nice experience as well.
