Have been a customer of Imperial for over 15 years. I believe the reason I keep coming back is due to the caliber of their personnel .From the Sales staff to the Service Dept, everyone goes the extra mile to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. Just bought a 2024 XLT! Great experience!!

I hate buying cars.

I hate buying cars. Chuck made it almost painless. Very pleasant to work with, answered all my questions quickly and went over all the features of my car before I left the parking lot. I would go back to him again for my next purchase.

Recently purchased a 2024 Ford Ranger XLT from imperial ford. Buying process was smooth and easy thanks to Chuck. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and made the purchasing process very enjoyable. He's an easy guy to work with and knows exactly what he is talking about. If your'e looking to buy a ford, would highly recommend going to imperial ford and working with Chuck. Again thanks to imperial ford for the 2024 ford ranger, truck is amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car with Chuck, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we started working together, Chuck was incredibly personable and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Even after hours, when I realized I forgot something in the vehicle I traded, Chuck responded promptly to my email and went above and beyond to retrieve the item first thing in the morning. His exceptional service truly made for an excellent car-buying experience. Highly recommend working with Chuck for anyone in search of a new vehicle!

We brought our Ford Expedition to the dealer we purchased

We brought our Ford Expedition to the dealer we purchased it from because the key would not release from the ignition. After several hours we were told it there was over $2,000.00 of service needed and we needed to prepay for the parts. My husband then drove to Imperial Ford in Mendon. Within 30 minutes the manager advised that he ran the VIN, we purchased the extended warranty, so this service was covered at 100%. (There was also some other issues that the first dealership advised that was needed and not under warranty.) But Imperial did the legwork to find the warranty we forgot about. They made the appointment and gave us a rental (also covered by the warranty,) since the part would take a few days to come in. They called us to update us during the process and called us once the service was complete (something other dealerships never did.) We will certainly be using Imperial for our service from now on. Thanks Donny for the great service!

At first I was definitely scared about going to a big

At first I was definitely scared about going to a big dealership because I had never been before but after I met Morgan she helped me through the entire experience and made me feel well taken care of. I ended up purchasing an Explorer and I couldn’t me anymore happy with my choice. Morgan went above and beyond thank you for having such great employees!!

Came into Imperial and worked with Morgan Johnson.

Came into Imperial and worked with Morgan Johnson. I was just browsing for now and made that clear. She helped me look at all the vehicles I was interested in and even let me test drive them all as well. I usually hate going to dealerships but this experience was great. When I am ready I will definitely be coming back and buying from Morgan!
