Had to get my IS serviced, it was my first time there. Tyler the service rep was outstanding in every way and every other employee that I came across. Gave me a loaner and always updated me through the process. 10/10

Absolutely fantastic service. Kind and efficient. Cannot rave enough about the service department. Even vacuumed my car after the service in addition to washing.

Joe C. coordinated my service visit today. He was fantastic, and Darra was the Technician who serviced my car. He is always terrific and I very much appreciate the service I receive at Group 1 IRA Lexus.

Abraham was helpful, courteous and professional. I was not happy about repair shop not attending to my repair for 2 days because “they got slammed”. Repair shop failed in this instance. All other visits have been a smooth, positive experience.
