1 am please with my visit to this facility to have my vehicle serviced. Everything went well, from being greeted on my arrival by the curtesy staff to my conversation with Ryan the Assistant Service Manager on what was expected today. It all went as planned and I was out of there within the anticipated time frame.

Happy that salesman suggested the hybrid. In 2021 I purchased an NX because the RX was too much vehicle for my needs. I traded the 2021 NX because the 2026 NX hybrid is much better in exterior, exterior, and exterior color, not to mention mpg rating. It’s really nice vehicle., The salesman was good in showing me a lot of the new features.

Excellent service overall in all categories. A few days before my 10,000 mile check up, I accidentally got some sunscreen on my red interior and couldn?t remove the stains. I went to the service department and the manager couldn?t have been nicer. He asked one of the younger workers to see what he could do to help me and said they would take care of the problem. He got the job done, cleaned the car, and I couldn?t have been happier. This is my first LEXIS and I?m very pleased with the service. Thank you to both gentlemen.

My sales person was amazing. Very knowledgeable, and the right level of engagement. The wait for finance was too long. Took two hours after we had agreed on a price on the vehicle. I almost walked out.
