This week I had the pleasure of meeting with Abraham in the service department. He could not have been more kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to help me make a decision about what was best for my car and he made sure he gave me the best possible price. I have been a Lexus customer for many years and I have always received very good customer service. From the moment I drive in to drop my car off to picking up my vehicle after completions. There is no question that I would highly recommend Lexus of Danvers, and Abraham as your service representative!
