I added a service online with a price that was listed. When I checked my car in, the person confirmed the price. When I left they charged me 4x the price and said ?they all know the price for that is more than what is online? then then the tech told me he didn?t want to argue with me and immediately transferred me to a message box.

I visited Ira Lexus yesterday for my ES300h 50000 mile service. I had pleasant experience with Abraham at the counter who was friendly and helpful with my inquiries. Lounge was well stocked with munchies and drinks and comfortable while waiting. Overall great experience except it rained after they washed the car.
