The experience overall was wonderful from the second I arrived. It was extremely busy, but I was greeted with a smile. I met with the assistant service manager, Joe C who is extremely helpful, knowledgeable patient with my questions and was great with communication. I also had a great experience with Jason who serviced my car. Thanks for explaining detailed went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready for me. It?s hard to come across such hard workers nowadays. It was very much appreciated! I can?t recommend them enough!

I was stuck at Savers and car would not start. I called AAA and Kevin came out in 30 minutes and jumped the battery and said the battery was fine. I decided to stop by Lexus because dash lights were on. Lexus kept my car, drove me home and called several hours later telling me that the battery was no good . I told them to install a new battery. The dash lights wouldn’t go out so the car was kept overnight. The next morning the lights went out and I was satisfied that the car was operational. A valet brought my car to my home and i drove him back to Lexus. Ryan Jennings was the assistant service manager that took n great care of me and got my car back ASAP.As luck would have it the battery had a $65 discount. I trust Lexus with my auto.

Communication on status of repair was extremely poor. After 4 1/2 hours, I called for update and told they would call back in a few minutes, had to check. 45 minutes later i called again and was told they wete hoping to get completed by end of day. I had a loaner and stopped in on way home ( 1 hour drive) and as I pulled in my vehicle was just being brought into garage for repair. I informed them to arrange to deliver my car to my home the next day. After some hemming and hawing on their part they agreed. Was informed after the fact that loaners are put last in line behind waiters.

I usually have great service. This time meh.. they had my car for 2 days. It was supposed to be an oil change and 145,00 mile service. They suggested new tires and I declined at this time. So when I went to pickup the car they only did the oil change. They also never called day 1 to tell me my car wouldn’t be ready. I needed to call them. Luckily I had a loaner car from them.
