Went as expected . Would go here again . Recommend going in the evening when it's not as busy. Break room has a lot of snacks and is comfortable to wait in

We had a great experience purchasing the vehicle at Ira Lexus. Today was our first service with them. It was a pleasant experience. Our service advisor Remy was great. He explained everything very well and answered all of our questions. The service center was clean, comfortable and well stocked with snacks and drinks.

I had a dead battery due to not driving it for several months due to an injury I had. Lexus roadside service towed the car ( UX250hybrid) to the dealership, evaluated the problem, installed a new battery and delivered the car back to me. All being kept informed by Eli , a service representative who was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I do have to go to the dealership , it has a great waiting area and they keep you informed the whole time.

The pricing and service were both relatively stress free. Only knock is the online offer for my trade was a bate and switch. As the final price was 25% less than original
