Communication on status of repair was extremely poor. After 4 1/2 hours, I called for update and told they would call back in a few minutes, had to check. 45 minutes later i called again and was told they wete hoping to get completed by end of day. I had a loaner and stopped in on way home ( 1 hour drive) and as I pulled in my vehicle was just being brought into garage for repair. I informed them to arrange to deliver my car to my home the next day. After some hemming and hawing on their part they agreed. Was informed after the fact that loaners are put last in line behind waiters.

I usually have great service. This time meh.. they had my car for 2 days. It was supposed to be an oil change and 145,00 mile service. They suggested new tires and I declined at this time. So when I went to pickup the car they only did the oil change. They also never called day 1 to tell me my car wouldn’t be ready. I needed to call them. Luckily I had a loaner car from them.

Easy access to the facility. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable . Repair completed timely . Liked the loaner car so I didn?t need to wait and go on with my schedule.

I needed service last minute before going on a road trip. Briana was great. The best service advisor I’ve had. She made the repair happen in time, kept in touch with me with updates. I will continue to be a customer even after the warranty is up because of her. And getting a text & video from the technician was great too.
