Service advisor Elias exceeded my expectations! I was having a sudden issue with my car and had it towed in to Ira Lexus late in the day. Elias ensured that my car was looked at first thing in the morning and worked with me to resolve the issue. My vehicle was ready early that afternoon. Communication was excellent- very satisfied!
