Very bad

Service dept is a nightmare. Can never get through call center a disaster. They never call back. The worst service I have ever had from a dealer service department . I had to call sales and have them walk over there to get someone to help me. Terrible

Terrible customer service no one answers phone

I have been trying to reach the service department for a week to schedule a recall service on my kia soul and I have yet to speak with anybody there what kind of a business is this place

DON'T BUY ANY CAR FROM CARPROS!

DON'T BUY ANY CAR FROM CARPROS! ☹ CARPROS violated the Cal. Veh. Code § 4456.1(b) and Veh. Code § 5753(c)(1). CARPROS also Perjured themselves in Court. I lost out on a $3,500 Clean Vehicle Rebate, because no one at CARPROS provided me with the simple Purchase Agreement after multiple requests in writing, and over the phone. I paid a premium for the car, then after I made an agreement, I received responses from other dealerships that offered to sell me the exact vehicle for over $2,000 less than what I paid, but I honored my verbal agreement. I spoke with an attorney who highly recommended that I pursue CARPROS in Small Claims Court to recover my $3,500.00 loss, and that I file a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the DMV, which I did. On 12/9/22 the CVRP reserved a $3,500.00 rebate for me, but then because no one from CARPROS provided me with the Purchase Agreement (I was calling and emailing the dealership every day), on 12-23-22 I was denied the rebate, and cannot reapply.

Dealership that thrives on suckers

If you want to get upselled into a bunch of services you didn't even know they put on your paperwork, then go ahead. When you see your final numbers, you will be very surprised.

Repeated Problem

Worst of the worst. Continue going over four times to try to repair or fix the same problem. I don’t have a clue who is the person in charge to approve at the defective parts. Last sources will be an attorney and follow a complaint with the consumer automotive repair.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a near new Kia Niro last month, PAID IN FULL for the car. At the time of purchase, it had a cracked windshield so they had to replace it. This meant I had to return and wait for it to be replaced. That took 4 hours of my personal time. A month later, the cover for the electronics that are attached to the windshield has fallen off and pieces of plastic are falling off. I called and texted the dealership and they want me to drive there and wait for the repair. This will take another 4 hours or more of my personal time. It was their Windshield repair contractor that dis the shoddy work, they should come to me. I live at least an Hour from the dealership. I asked if I could take it to a dealership near my home and they said I would have to PAY for the repairs. NOW THEY IGNORE MY EMAILS, TEXTS AND CALLS. They are responsible, NOT ME. They need to make good on the repairs.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Kia of

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Kia of Glendale regarding warranty repairs, and I must say that their customer service has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I have not received any callbacks or resolution. The service staff informed me that only the service manager, Raymond, has the authority to determine if the repair is covered under warranty. However, despite my efforts to contact him, I have received no response. This has left me feeling frustrated and unheard as a customer. I have called the dealership four times with no result, and even reached out to Mohammed, the General Manager, but to no avail. It's disappointing to see such a lack of willingness to communicate and address customer concerns. As a loyal Kia customer, I expected better from Kia of Glendale. It is unacceptable that the service staff cannot look into warranty issues and that the service manager seems unresponsive. Prompt and reliable customer service should be a top priority for any reputable dealership. I urge Kia of Glendale to improve their communication processes, responsiveness, and customer service standards. Customers should not have to go through such hurdles to get a simple warranty repair addressed. It is my hope that Kia of Glendale takes the necessary steps to rectify this issue and provide better customer service in the future.

Provided a financially palatable option without compromising maintenance and vehicle safety needs that worked within my financial budget. Car Pros Kia Glendale won me over
