Amazing Service Department experience Tech Martin

I would like to share my wonderful experience at Kia in Glendale , staff is super nice , easy to work with , fast and reliable. But MOST I would like to recognize service Tech Martin in the service department for such as phenomenal job he performs and his great customer service he has towards the client. They need to have more people like Martin make it auch a great experience . Best mechanic / Tech server ever

Yet again Mr Kharbouch and his team pulled through with a deal spoke on the phone in the afternoon agreed to a deal and had the car delivered at 6.30pm at home (the time promised ) by Nana she was very polite and very knowledgeable about the car this is the thrid car I have purchased with them and have sent a few personal friends that have always been treated with respect do your self a favour and call CarPros KIA Glendale. Ask for Mo he will take great care of you

Dealer contacted me 48 hours later to inform me that Mr....

Dealer contacted me 48 hours later to inform me that Mr. Morales was incorrect and they would honor the lease terms. The only caveat was that their vehicles had dealer-installed equipment not covered by the advertised price, so the drive off cost would be higher. A few hours later I have the car I want and very close to the price advertised. ---- Completely fraudulent advertising practices. Their own website has on its homepage an ad for the 'Command the Season' event and lists a $199/mo lease deal with the inventory numbers for several vehicles (which are still listed in their inventory). When you click that link, it takes you to the inventory telling you they have 18 vehicles that match the deal, and the 'details' pop up confirms the terms. When you actually try to buy the vehicle (I spoke to Bryan Morales), they say the ad was placed there by the manufacturer and they will work with you to negotiate a good deal but they want $670/mo.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with at a...

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. Rude. Condescending. Abrasive. Any other word you can associate with bad service. The car buying experience was meh but what happened after marred an otherwise ok experience. They lost my driver’s license, which really? You lose someone’s driver license when they’re trying to buy a new car? Fine, accidents happen and I was told they would check their cameras to make sure or even try to see what could have happened. This was Tuesday night. Wednesday and Thursday, I have had to reach out to THEM for an update while I am dealing with the inconvenience that happens when you lose an ID. Friday, I go to the dealership wanting to be reimbursed for the money and time I have spent getting a new ID. A small sum of $150. Long story short, I was treated with a condescending and rude tone. There’s no general manager so no one has the authority to help me. But no one can get me said manager’s card or number? Wow. Gee thanks a lot for “helping” and “feeling sorry and “trying to help”. And looking away, bored, while I talk to you and rolling your eyes? Ah, yes, great service. Get a KIA elsewhere. It’ll be worth it to avoid such toxic salespeople.

Absolutely by far the worst customer service the worst...

Absolutely by far the worst customer service the worst dealership the worst people I have ever encountered while shopping for a car and I have met some real bad people. While shopping for a Kia telluride I questioned the $12,000 mark up and before finishing my sentence the salesman put the keys away assuming I am no longer interested. When I told him I still want to see the vehicle he reluctantly got the keys and pull the vehicle out when I discussed the ridiculous $12,000 mark up he got defensive and insulting I was very angry took his card left to the front desk to speak to the manager when I spoke to the manager the manager responded with with the comments stating I shouldn’t speak to his employees in that manner followed me outside after I had left and wanted to argue some more. I sold cars in my past At Mercedes Benz and I was very successful at it for a salesman to treat his customers in this manner is completely absurd and unheard of and unprofessional these people are rude and cocky for no reason you guys are selling Kia‘s relax if I wanted to pay this much for a car I would’ve gone to Mercedes or BMW and the price isn’t even an issue it’s the manners. These people have no manners and Extremely disrespectful I don’t care if I save 50% of the cars cost I will not ever set foot or purchase a vehicle from Car pros Kia Glendale in case you’re wondering who the sales person was it was Jeff I never expected the manager to give me this reaction his name I don’t know but he was bald With a beard and a giant more on his face. I am truly angry and annoyed with such a horrible experience. Stay clear do not shop here they think they own the world when it comes to vehicle sales. Kia of Glendale car pros remember we have options many options No one has to have a Kia and with the attitude that your people have I will not ever ever recommend or buy anything from you. Dishonest

Dishonest. Manager said they'll include a "manager's discount" (which was "the highest discount we can give") and finance staff said they'll include lifetime oil-change, fluids, and 100-something point inspection but upon calling them and asking about the contract details, the rep over the phone informs me that I "don't have it" and actually only have a standard warranty. Go somewhere else—seriously. Edit: Just called Kia Motor Finance on issues regarding creating my payment account and turns out I wasn't able to create and access it because Car Pros KIA Glendale finance staff incorrectly put my birthdate, so I couldn't be verified. At the time of purchase of my vehicle, I even corrected the dealership finance staff on the incorrect birthdate but apparently, she never actually changed it.

Horrible Kia Dealership - Go to another

Expect to walk out in worse shape than when you walk in, you may walk in optimistically but you will walk out agitated and demeaned. I caution anyone considering using this dealership for service. The entire experience, involving multiple employees, was completely unsatisfactory. First, my Sorento is having issues with my power steering and have been losing the ability to steer my vehicle. This is not a light repair and this vehicle is only a year old. I booked an appointment on the weekend since I work during weekdays, and I described exactly what the issue was for this appointment. When I arrived, I had to wait in line to get to the customer service desk, this is fine, but when I finally got to a service rep he told me he couldn't help me and pointed me to a different rep although he was available and this other rep had 4 people in line waiting to speak with him. 15 minutes later, I finally spoke with this other rep and no apology was given for the wait. Then he proceeds to tell me that they cannot spare a technician to look at critical issues on weekends and that they only handle minor maintenance on weekends. This boggles my mind, how would minor maintenance take precedence over a critical one? He told me to reschedule. When I explained that I had booked an appointment with a clear description of my vehicles problems and that I cannot come on weekdays, he shrugged it off. When I asked if this meant he did not believe this issue would be dangerous to drive without power steering, his dismissed my concerns and then proceeded to sell me a service package. How is any of this acceptable? I highly regret giving this dealership my business.

OIL CHANGE AND OTHER SERVICE IF NEEDED.

ALWAYS ASK FOR RAYMOND FOR VIP TREATMENT. ATMOSPHERE WAS GREAT AND FACILITIES WERE GOOD. PLACE TO GET COFFEE, WATCH TV, USE OF WIFI, GREAT EXPERIENCE. CAR LOOKED GREAT.
