BLESSED!

My experience @ Kia Glendale was more than amazing. I walked in thinking I’d receive a used vehicle and ended up walking out with a brand new vehicle of the same one I had been visiting for!! I’m sooo happy with my beautiful vehicle & would recommend making a trip to Kia Glendale because they will get you what you deserve & at a great deal! Thank you guys for everything!

Best of the Best!

Tony is an incredible! He is soft spoken, kind and very transparent. He was extremely helpful and very supportive of my family's needs. Tony helped us purchase a fantastic car! I will purchase many more vehicles at this dealership as it truly was one of a kind. The finance office was a breeze. They didn't try to oversell us, they simply helped push the paperwork through with ease. Everyone on staff was so easy going and engaged. There's something magical about this dealership. I highly recommend visiting them. You would be so extremely to have Tony on your side.

My 70 year old father-in-law & I walked in to KIA after

My 70 year old father-in-law & I walked in to KIA after having secured offers for financing from several other banks & credit unions. His Forte lease buy-out was $10k. KBB valued his Forte at $22k Trade-In. Banks had quoted him interest rates of 2.9%. We were shopping around for the best deal, and I thought why not go to KIA since he had leased through KIA Financial previously. We were greeted in the car lot by a gentleman. We stated we wanted to see the financial department to buy-out a lease. We were sat down inside, information was taken. After about an hour, an offer was made that looked a bit fishy - They came in with a lower APR than everyone, but the payments were higher. We asked for an itemized breakdown of the payoff, interest charges, tax, etc. Half an hour later, the salesman showed us an itemized breakdown for the financing approval - They were tacking on a $1700 "Maintenance Fee". I asked what the maintenance fee was and he said it covers services like oil change, etc. $1700!? How many oil changes & tire rotations does a car need? We asked for the fee to be removed and that we weren't interested and stated we do all the work ourselves. They said they could not finance the car without it. So I thanked them for wasting our time, we got up & walked to our car. I don't know if it was them seeing my father-in-law & I climbing into a Range Rover, but both the salesman & the Service Manager walked up to us and told us to come back in and that we would work something out without the maintenance fee. So we obliged and said no more funny business! Once inside, we sat down and accepted the new terms (If we took a 6 year instead of a 5 year loan at the same interest, they wouldn't make the maintenance fee mandatory - stupid). At those point we had been at KIA for almost 2 hours. "Mr. Papadopolus" (Not my real name). Finally, I thought to myself, its the Finance guy and we can sign the paperwork and be on our way. A short balding Armenian kid with a Louis Fuitton belt & Fucci shoes greeted us and took us to his tiny little office. Casual introductions, he asked a question that really struck a cord and rubbed me the wrong way - "What do you plan to do with the car?". I responded, "None of your business". He was taken aback. "What's with the attitude?" he raised his voice. I said - "Excuse me? I've been here for 3 hours waiting to buy out a lease. This took 30 minutes with online banks & credit unions. I'm only here because you're giving my father in-law a good rate. If the paperwork is ready, we'd like to sign and be on our way." This comment really sent the little guy over the edge. "The paperwork isn't ready, I have to ask you questions" he said in his eastern accent. "I'm not interested in service, paint protection, wheel protection, GAP insurance, or any other gimmick - just give us the paperwork, we don't want to be here longer than we have to" I told him. "Then leave" said Mr. Macho Man. So we got up, told him to go F himself, and we walked out letting the manager know that his finance guy was very rude. The manager leaped from behind his desk and ran after us, so did the salesman, service manager & finally the finance guy. The manager pleaded to know what happened - but we were already gone. I am just writing a review on my experience accompanying my father-in-law (who does not speak English) to buy-out his lease. If you're under 50 and thinking of buying a KIA, just know you are worth more than that. Pay $100 more a month and get yourself a nice Lexus or BMW. People under 50 do not drive KIA's (even if the car has a name like EV6 or Stinger). KIA's are plastic cars made for old men collecting Social Security or Disability with 10 years behind other comparably priced cars. You're an idiot for buying an EV6 over a Model 3 or Polestar. You're a bigger loser for buying a Stinger vs a 3 Series or IS.

Problems with 2019 Kia Sorento owned only 3 weeks.

I bought a 2019 Preowned Certificate 2019 Kia Sorento, my saleperson James seem to be a ok a little timid at lease when negotiating with general manager. I was excited to purchase my car and they did keep their promise to fix small dents in fender and back bumper. But I have only own the car for about 3 weeks and I have already stated having problems with it. Two day ago I have to take it in because car would not start dead battery. (Would of thought that would of been look at during their inspection) I did call James and he was waiting for me and got me to the service dept without an appointment and I got a new battery and was out of there within 2 hours. I very happy and Alex that works in the service department was very friendly and helpful. But now as I am driving my car yesterday my air conditioning went out and now only blowing hot air Plus could not get an service appointment until Wednesday August 31st and not sure how I will get home as they do provide shuttle service over 5 miles. I live in Los Angeles, I would at least thought they would offer a loaner car for all my inconvenience. I am just hoping this is the only things that go wrong with my car. I hope I did not buy a Lemon. But will give the benefit of the doubt once everything is fixed at no expense to me.

I was in the area and only stopped by to see if they had an EV6 available to look at up close and they had 2 available that sold but Mike was gracious enough to give me the exterior walk around and show me the benefits of this beautiful car. What blew me away was the fact that he knew the car inside and out and was even able to tell me what vehicles they had on the way and offered the option to pre-order on the spot. He was even able to work out switching out dealer added options with options that I really wanted like GAP vs the other add ons. I've been to many other dealers where they don't offer this kind of service and only tell you they'll call you once a vehicle arrives. Best part about his service was he never tried to force me into any sale on the spot and was honest about the refundable deposit for the pre-order and the estimated time it will be delivered. Edit: After the EV6 no longer qualified for the federal rebate I tried to get a refund and was told to drive 1.5 hours from the IE to get my refund. When I arrived they tried to sell me the vehicle and Milton pretending he knew nothing about the rebate not qualifying. After I refused to purchase both Mike and Milton left and helped other customers. It took me yelling about my refund in the middle of the sales floor before they told me they had to email someone to have it refunded. Don't trust this dealership to do anything for you once you already gave them money.

I ended up with my first choice of Mini Cooper after all. But I did try to locate the hard to find Kia Seltos . I did find one at your dealership and was invited to come see it by a warm and wonderful, effective and efficient salesperson named Sonny. Next time I need a vehicle - or have occasion to recommend a salesperson/dealership- it will be Sonny at Kia Glendale for sure!! Thank, Sonny.

My first and great experience with Kia

Excelent service. People are very helpful, friendly and caring. Very professional staff, managers and sale reps. So far the experience of having a new Kia vehicle has been an excellent and exciting one including the delivering of the vehicle, with the ringing of the bell and all.

Buyers beware !

Buyers beware !! They are CROOKS!! Eric and Sau sold us a faulty 2019 Kia Forte and assured us that it was under warranty and in great condition but less than 5 months of driving it, it’s giving me so many problems. When I brought it back there to get looked at they said they couldn’t do anything about it and instead tried to get us to trade it in for a new one ! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Hello. Mohamed is the one who said he would help us and when we got there he didn’t , he lied . He said that he couldn’t help us because we owed too much money on the car- obviously ! We only had the vehicle for a couple of months before it started to give us problems that you refuse to fix after you sold us on the guarantee that we don’t have to worry and can bring it in if there are any issues and you’ll take care of it. Guess what - he didn’t take care of it. Grimy way to do business

This place is the equivalent to a paycheck advance loan company. Very crowded and the sit you in a room with a bunch of tables crammed together like an Internet cafe. They have extreme dealer markup on all vehicles. After going back and forth for over and hour they finally heard me when I said I wouldn’t pay more than MSRP. By this point I was negotiating price simply off principle, in reality they lost my business when they presented their first offer. Very shady and pushy vibe.

Worst Experience & dealership ever! Unethical, shady,...

Worst Experience & dealership ever! Unethical, shady, rude, unscrupulous sales people, finance & management. They hustled me out of 6 month lease, into “buying a car” they said was better deal. Never went in to buy a car, I went in for service, they also ran my credit without my permission! Their line is “ we can lower your payments” My payments went up and they got in me in upside down deal, I caught it night of sale, immediately brought it to their attention, they gave me run around said do A-Z to go back and get better deal, a year passed and it never happened. They repeatedly lie, I was told once I did all they said they would buy back car and put me back in lease. When I went back I kept getting the run around, I asked to speak to General Manager , they said he was busy, I said Id wait, they call the police on people just for asking to speak to GM. And told me to leave . They never intended to do right. The lie and hustle people. Do NOT buy or lease from this dealership they are unethical & evil. They will swindle you into contract and after they get you in contract treat their customers like garbage after they get you in the deal. Nightmare experience.
