Too much paperwork for a cash transaction. Going to different buildings to complete it was inconvenient. Staff was friendly and courteous.

We visited probably a dozen dealerships during our car search, and Springfield Hyundai was the ONLY one that actually made us feel seen and cared about instead of just another sale. After dealing with pushy attitudes and dealerships acting like they were doing us a favor, this place was such a relief. Vincent went above and beyond helping us find the right vehicle for our family and never made us feel pressured. He actually listened to what we needed, answered questions honestly, and worked with us every step of the way. The managers were also incredibly reasonable, helpful, and willing to work with us instead of giving us a lecture on ‘how car deals work. Like Acura did :) After some really frustrating experiences elsewhere, this dealership restored our faith that there are still good people in car sales. We left feeling respected, heard, and excited about our purchase. Highly recommend asking for Vincent if you stop by

Had a great experience working with Ace and the dealership. I live out of state and was traveling and reached out about the truck. We had a number of conversations back and forth and were able to come to an agreement. Ace was nice to work with when I got to the dealership. After the sale he and a teammate helped me return my rental car out at the airport. Was a huge help to get me on the road and headed home. Would recommend Ace if you are looking for a vehicle to purchase.

From start to finish Jeff was excellent to work with. He respected our choice to wait until new year to make our purchase and did not barrage us with calls/texts/emails. As this was my car we were purchasing he did not defer to my husband. He spoke to me. And I hope I conveyed to Jeff how much I appreciated that. Our overall satisfaction is definitely 5 star. The only suggestion we have is to make sure when the car is detailed, it is detailed. There were smudges of something that was oil based on the exterior and plastic still covering the side view mirrors. Overall, not a terrible situation just one that could use a little attention.
