We weren't there for 4 hours and it helped that there were clean restrooms, different areas to sit with tv's and comfortable chairs.

Dropped my car off on Friday for a 7:20 appointment Saturday morning. Didn't wait with it, but was told maybe 4ish. Could not call service advisor directly. "Pam" dropped the line 3 times on me on two different phones before I gave up and got a ride in to the dealership around 4:30. Was told 15-20 minutes but didn't get my car until about 5:45. The service advisor, Tony, did come check on me at least twice and try to offer updates, and did answer my text messages.

Taking a vehicle to the respective dealership for service does NOT guarantee the best service. Read the reviews! I am happy to give Checkered Flag a 5 star review not just for the repairs I had performed yesterday, but for the service i experienced over the last 8 years. Thank you for placing such a high value on integrity. Seems to be in short supply these days. For follow on potential customers, this a a business others should strive to emulate!

I really like my service rep. He explains thing in terms you can understand and he listens to you. He answers any questions. I also like the customer service lounge. It is clean and taken care of.
