I was referred to Checkered Flag Honda at 6541 East

I was referred to Checkered Flag Honda at 6541 East Virginia Beach Boulevard, Virginia Beach, Virginia by the company, Doctor Honda, who I have been using to service my 2001Honda Accord EX for the past four years after moving to Chesapeake from Virginia Beach where I lived for 34 years and was referred to Doctor Honda by the company, Oceana Muffler, who serviced my car since I acquired it in 2014. Miss Monica Ellis at Checkered Flag was very polite, personable and kind from our initial phone conversation about the SRS light coming on and staying on, through the installation of a new driver side front seat belt buckle. I was very happy and satisfied with Miss Ellis.

We have been with checkered flag for 20 years.

We have been with checkered flag for 20 years. This makes our third car purchase in 5 years. We like the no stress and no pressure atmosphere. Kai Adkins was our sales representative, Very professional and knowledgeable . He had patience and answered our questions making the process pleasant and enjoyable. On a scale of 1 - 10 he definitely was a 10 and we would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Mr. Adkins !!

Was quick and good results.

Was quick and good results. My Advisor, Brian Giles, was excellent in going over everything that needed to be checked. He answered all of my questions and gave me a copy of other things that would be needed in the next six months. I give him 10 stars!!
