The place was so laid back. Everything was so clean and everyone was so nice. My experience was easy. No pressure, and I think I bought a superior product. Tom was great, and so was Pete.

We weren't there for 4 hours and it helped that there were clean restrooms, different areas to sit with tv's and comfortable chairs.

Dropped my car off on Friday for a 7:20 appointment Saturday morning. Didn't wait with it, but was told maybe 4ish. Could not call service advisor directly. "Pam" dropped the line 3 times on me on two different phones before I gave up and got a ride in to the dealership around 4:30. Was told 15-20 minutes but didn't get my car until about 5:45. The service advisor, Tony, did come check on me at least twice and try to offer updates, and did answer my text messages.
