We purchased a used Honda from Checkered Flag Honda.
We purchased a used Honda from Checkered Flag Honda. Our sales representative, Sherri, was excellent! She is truly knowledgeable when it comes to the vehicles and the entire purchasing process. She went above and beyond from the beginning to the end. The vehicle is 5 years old; the body and interior are in great condition. The dealership allows you to take the vehicle home allowing you test drive overnight. Sure glad we did, during our test drive period we experienced an issue with the onboard computer reporting issues with the safety features. We immediately drove the vehicle back to Checkered Flag. Chad, the GM, demonstrated true concern and assured us the issues would be addressed. Turned out the issue was related to clogged fuel injectors. Chad took care of the issues immediately. We are now the proud owners of a new used Honda CR V EX L!!! Thank you Chad and Sherri, as well as everyone who had a role in our buying experience at Checked Flag Honda!!!

Monica was absolutely wonderful.
Monica was absolutely wonderful. She went out of her way to be sure my AC problem was fully resolved and my every need was met including timely shuttles. My car came back sparkling clean with ice cold AC in the midst of a heat wave, and the repair was paid through my warranty. I couldn't be happier.
