My service advisor, Monica, made check-in/check-out a breeze. She was knowledgeable and extremely personable. Multiple advisors asked if I needed help when I was waiting momentarily outside her office. She provided constant and timely communication to me regarding my service inquiries…..probably the best I've had in that regards. Also the mechanic, Julian, successfully corrected a nagging issue from a previous safety recall that had been causing me concern and angst for awhile. I really appreciated his work to fix the issue.

My service advocate Dallas was outstanding he did everything possible to insure my CRV was finished in time for my pending trip to Hatteras NC. He kept me posted on my cars progress and up dated on other issues which could have impeded my pending trip. He and the service technician Joe were both wonderful.

Bought a 2027 HRV-EXL last week. Tom Torres greeted me. He let me take my time and look around. Later I went back to Tom, said I was interested in a new HRV. He went over it with me. I got a great trade in value for my CRV EXL. After seeing the Checkered Flag price for the new auto. We went through all the various plans offered. (no pressure, just information. ) I bought the HRV-EXL, came back the next day with a couple of questions about the HRV. He helped me understand how some settings worked. It was a pleasant experience, again. I've been buying Hondas from Checked Flag for over 15 years (I'm guessing). I highly recommend this dealership.

No pressure sales. After being asked, I said I just wanted to look around. I walked around looking at new HRVs. When ready, I went back to the salesman Tom Torres and asked for some help. He was very knowledgeable about the HRVs. My trade in was given a very fair value for an excellent condition CRV. Tom took me through the buying process without any pressure. He did go through the Optional Maintenance Contracts, again without pressure. I bought a 2027 HRV L, very happy with it. I've been dealing with Checkered Flag over 15 years. It's. always been a nice experience. Highly recommend.

Service was easy to schedule online. Everyone was prompt and courteous. I particularly liked receiving the video from the technician, Warren, detailing my inspection and a repair that needed attention. Additionally, the technician stayed late one evening to begin repairs so that I could have my car back early the next morning. I thought that was truly great!
