Clean facility, professional overall!

Janell Boone immediately assisted me in getting my car checked in and She was not who I was assigned too. However, she took care of me. I never got an update on the car status and after waiting over 2 hours from who I was assigned too. I went outside and saw my car parked. I happened to see Janell and told her my car was outside. She check on the status and found out it was ready, she asked the individual who I was assigned too to get my keys and Janell briefed me and checked me out. It was a couple things I could had gotten down, had I gotten told early enough. She walked me to my car and made sure everything was good. She provided excellent customer service. Service to the car was excellent.

My Honda

The drop off with David Brown was fast and efficient. He wasn't even my advisor. But came over and helped immediately to get everyone checked in fast as possible.

Great service, very nice people.

Everything, the honesty, the straightforwardly manner, and the way you handle the paperwork. I always considered buying a new car is tortureiou process, due to the lack of transparency and the way dealers chasing you and push you. But in Checkered Flag Honda, this isn't the case st all, everything is transparent and everyone is very friendly and trying to help you to make the right choice.

Checkered Flag Honda

Alexis Baum was very helpful and provided information to me about the 2022 accord I found online. She texted, sent videos, and was quick to respond to my questions prior to coming to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership she greeted us, showed us the car, went for a test drive, and she was very pleasant to deal with.
