Great experience
I liked that it was never a hard sell. The first time we showed up everyone was busy with someone but was able to make a quick check on us and get us keys to test drive a car. After that it was making sure we got the car we wanted.

i had an encounter with christian s williams sr. regarding a used lexus that had 6 service codes (bluedriver). i asked if he could confirm the codes with his service department and if confirmed would he let me know if they would be adressed prior to sale or not. he stated that he would get back to me and let me know. i have not heard from him to this date. if an organization is not honest with a consumer i prefer to seek one who will.
