Will was my service manager tech.
Will was my service manager tech. I drove my car in and he came right out and called me by name. He is very professional and always has the right thing to say. He is extremely knowledgeable about his job. He answered my messages quickly and he is very concerned about the customer. My air conditioner was fixed under warrently and I brought 4 new tires. All in one day. Of course I rode the Lyft home. About 3 years ago Checkered Flag did a car wash for me and the left passenger door protector strip came loose. Honda promised to replace it, because they installed it. Will said he ordered a new one and they would take care of it for me. Thank you for Will. I can't say enough good things about Will. He was outstanding.
