Friendly, attentive staff acknowledged me immediately on arrival and worked quickly to connect me with a service consultant. AND, Brian Giles is simply a God-send!! He has THE BEST demeanor and is super helpful in going above and beyond to enhance the customer experience!! Can't say enough about his professionalism and genuine concern for customer care! I've been coming to this location for many years and experience has varied. This time, however, I was somply amazed!! What I thought would be several hours to perhaps a full day of waiting, actually took less than two hours. THANK YOU, Brian and CFH vehicle service team!!

Everyone from the general manager, to the sales staff and management, to the parts and service staff and management were friendly, caring and helpful. After the sale, when I was unhappy with the black wheel/rim color option for my car, the general manger went the extra mile to find a solution for me.

Quick, efficient and accommodating.

Quick, efficient and accommodating. I was unable to pick my car up by 6pm and the whole process was easy and thoroughly explained so I could pay and pick my car up when I was able.

Janelle and the service staff do a wonderful job of explaining to me what needs to be done to my car getting it taken care of quickly and getting me back on the road with a smile. Very pleasant, polite, and professional staff that works efficiently and communicates excellently. I know that when I take my car for service it's going to be done right the first time.
