I've had my CRV for years I bought it at this dealership

I've had my CRV for years I bought it at this dealership and have had all my service done here with great results. I've been through many service managers and line technician but the quality of work haven't deminished one bit. I try and use the same service advisor and mechanic so he develops a familiarity with my car as well as me as well as my vehicle

Monica Ellis was my Service Consultant and she was

Monica Ellis was my Service Consultant and she was wonderful. She immediately came to me to offer her help, as I was not assigned to a specific consultant when the appointment was made online. She was exact in her estimate of how long the service would take. She came to get me from the waiting area and we went through the details of the work that was done. She took color markers to mark the list of items that checked out well and a few that may need attention on the next visit. Unfortunately, the car wash system was down so the car could not be cleaned, but she told me to come back any time and she would taken care of that detail for me. She is part of what makes Checkered Flag my go to - for my husband's Honda and my Audi!

Quick service.

Quick service. I like having an appointment and getting in and out without too much waiting. My Service Rep, I think her name was Monica, very friendly and helpful. She did a great job. I love the fact that you wash and vacuum my car after service.
