Sutton Ford is a ripoff. They tacked on a bunch of things to the price of the car. No one wants diamond protection for a window for $500, nobody wants your wax job for $500, nobody needs window etching for $500. This scam is horrible. Just advertise the real price of the car. Never go here, they will just keep adding to the price of the car and tell you that they are competitive. They're not, they are just trying to steal your money.

Why do you need to look up my file? You know what you did. You do it to everyone that goes in there. Look at all the bad reviews you have, most of them are about this same problem. What measures are you taking? Are you going to stop False Advertising?
Very Unprofessional. Lied about pricing on the car
They listed the car for sale at $16,000. When they drew up the paperwork , they added charges for things they said they already did to the car. I did not agree to them doing this. I asked them to removed the charges and they did not. The new total for the car after they lied was now $17,600. This was completely unfair. I've never been so offended, and this was the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Never again.

I absolutely love the way the service department takes...
I absolutely love the way the service department takes care of their customers! From Cree Lyons making sure I had a loaner for a week! And Melissa did a marvelous Job making sure everything was taken care of on my car! Also Jamie helped as well the communication was amazing and my car is running fantastically thanks so much. The entire team did wonderful!!
