My favorite dealership! The ladies in service are always pleasant. Jillian and Jessica are the best! Treasa in the cashier's office is also great!

Great customer service every time! My only critique is...

Great customer service every time! My only critique is that after checking my tires during service, they did not put the air back in my tires to the correct pressure. My sensors went off after I left the dealership. I thought I ran over something. Turns out that all 4 tires were at 26.5/28.5 air pressure. Could have been an oversight but thought it worth noting. Thank you again!

The worst dealer ever... On November 27, 2020 they made me wait 1 hour for my car and after that they came to me and told me that they were closed .

This is the worst dealership ever, they do not support loyal customer’s after buying 4 cars/trucks they sold me a lemon on a Lincoln 2017. I will never refer anyone there or purchase a car

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your 2017 vehicle. If you feel that the vehicle has needed too many warranty repairs, you will need to contact Ford Motor Company. We sell vehicles from the factory and since you purchased a brand new vehicle three years ago, it would not be considered a Lemon.

Car needed oil change and tire light was on. Found out three weeks later Oil change was not done and large nail left in tire.

We apologize for the inconvenience. If the vehicle was taken back for the oil, it had to be changed. Please give us a call so we can rectify this 708-720-8115. We do everything we can to keep the lot clean and unless brought to our attention, we will not remove nails.
