Jessica in quick lane was very nice. Had The Works package and battery replaced. Windshield fluid not filled. Question if oil changed as not clean. Wheel with curb rash still in same location. Other customers offered car wash, I was not. Jessica advised 5% discount foe long wait-2.5 hrs, but it was not reflected on invoice.
