The service I received at Sutton Ford was top notch. Unfortunately my 2018 GT350 needed an engine replacement after only 2400 miles. I was a bit nervous about a job of this magnitude being performed on such a new car. The tech finished the work in much less time than I had anticipated and the service advisor Melissa kept me informed during the process. The car was flawless upon return and now running stronger than ever.

I recently had the "works" performed on my car. Jillian was my service person. She is always polite. Answers all my questions. She estimated my wait time as 1 1/2 hours including the "works". Time was exact. I was amazed! I gave her a gold star. She is certainly an asset to Sutton Ford. I took the shuttle both ways. I really appreciate this service. Randall was my driver. Very careful. I felt totally safe riding with him. My total experience was a pleasure!
