My experience was an A plus service. Lester was professional, considerate and we loved the way he knew what vehicle/S.U.V was best for our family. If every dealership had a person like Lester it was make purchasing a vehicle a piece of cake.

Great

Great !! Les Parker has been my Salesman for over 20 years and everytime I have done business with him have been excellent. He's a great salesman. I love my used vehicle.

Sutton Ford

Bought a 2020 Ford explorer. We had a few hiccups initially, however Karen Ford (ironic), the Manager did everything within her power to make sure I was satisfied.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Every used vehicle was filthy inside. Customer relations and management were extremely unprofessional and downright rude because we did not buy. If you make an appointment several days in advance the car should be clean and parked outside - we had to wait for them to clean it and bring it around and the interior was trashed. If you are going to be disrespectful to potential customers you won't get the sale no matter how great the price. The General Manager and owner need to have communication training with their staff if they want to have a successful business.

Sutton Ford- Matteson- Bad business

Felt rushed into buying a car without any other options to look at. Car was not cleaned out still had previous owners paperwork inside. Manager gave us the run around about detail and servicing the vehicle. He had me come back 3 times and job still wasn?t done. Basically lied to my face. Spare key has low battery and doesn?t work. Worst experience hands down, which is disappointing because I bought my last 3 cars there and never had a problem.
