Jillian she is very profession has great customer service very knowledgeable of her job knows her customers by name and an overall person to work with. Always nice to see her when come to have my car service.

Everyone there was super nice. When I called though. The front desk lady who helped me was a little rude. And they are always rude when I call. It makes Me not want to call at all because they make me feel stupid.

Sutton provided great service on my recent visit. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be ready. I was very satisfied with my experience with Sutton Ford!

Traveling through the area on business and needed an oil change. Called, then stopped in to the Ford Fast Lane. Expected to wait about 2 hours, but was in and out before the 2 hours had passed. Friendly service technicians, accurate information, and exceeded expectations made this a pleasant experience.

On the way to work, my alternator belt happen to shred, but thankfully Sutton was only a few miles away when it happened. Obviously I was a drop-in and I'm sure they had a full slate of scheduled maintenance appointments that day, but Erik made me feel like my car was the most important to him at that time. He promised to have his team take a quick look to assess the problem and then chart a plan -- less than 15 minutes later he explained what happened and outlined how long it would take to fix the problem (probably less than an hour). I was back on the road in 45 minutes ... while I don't hope to visit the service department often, I'll be sure to look for Erik on my next visit.

Work was done in a reasonable amount of time. So far tires seem great. Jillian is just great! She always keeps me informed, and she knows her stuff! I heard her explain issues to several customers while I was there.

You guys suck! If my sorority sister didn’t own it! I would never have purchased! Came for a simple oil change and NO FILTER! Waste of my time!!!

Dave is always great !! He always makes sure that everything is working fine . Awesome service !! Never been dissatisfied at all and they always answer my questions .
