Auto Butler people are awesome. Service dept. irritating. I couldn’t explain my noise or what was wrong and Erik irritated me until I finally said “forget it” and will go elsewhere. If you don’t want to check my car when I can feel something is off then I will buy my next car from a dealer who will. I will never recommend Sutton because I now feel they are not “woman” friendly. My excellent review is ONLY for Auto Butler people.
