I appreciated all the above mentioned people in the purchase of my new 2019 Ford Expedition MAX. They were courteous, prompt, transparent, and FAST. I had all numbers negotiated over email. I arrived at Sutton Ford with my trade-in and compared my numbers to theirs. It was spot on with no baloney Or add ons/tricks. A pleasant surprise to say the least!!! Thank you, thank you! My father may be coming in for an Edge soon....

Do the right thing
After agreeing on a price for a vehicle listed on the internet, I drove a considerable distance to purchase an grey Escape SE for my daughter. Upon arrival, the dealership discovered an error in their records. They had traded the vehicle to another dealer. After making this determination, they had two SEL models on the lot in the same color and offered either of them at the same price.

Review of vehicle purchase
Chatman was professional, pleaseant and helpful. LaToyta was also pleasant and very efficient at processing the paperwork. It would have been nice (since we scheduled an appointment) if a sales person would have been assigned prior to our arrival. Also it doesn't appear the Fusion was thoroughly checked out because the audio system wasn't working and there were some minor flaws in the paint that need to be addressed. All things considered we had a good experience.

Recall work. Only problem was wait for secondary part covered by warranty. Part arrived quickly and picked up day after repair as at work already. Works great.

Awesome experience!!!!
Erik Buikema took great care of me. I drove 4 hours so I could deal with Erik at Sutton Ford. I knew he would fix it and be straight about what needed to be fixed and not add on extra parts or labor. My local Ford dealera are not as honest and treat me as if i k ow nothing about cars. They have tried several times to overcharge but not at Sutton Ford. Sutton Ford had excellent service and was the best experience i have ever had with a Ford dealer.
