Like always, it was a pleasant experience. I’m always taken care of in the Quick Lane. Some times the wait can be long, but it depends on what is being done. My Lincoln has been serviced only at Sutton’s. I will continue to bring it there.

My visit to the quick lane was indeed quick. The staff managed my expectations from the start, letting me know there were a few cars ahead of me, and delivered my car ahead of the estimated schedule. The waiting area was comfortable and everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly.

I made an appointment for the tires and key. I was treated very professionally. Mr. Pleckham explained what needed to be done and I was happy that the service was completed in an hour.

We love working with Melissa. She takes time to be friendly, and she is very efficient. She also made time to help us understand our Lincoln’s settings in the App.

Jamie and his partner did a very good job they know what they’re doing they got it done I’ve been dealing with them for a long time and they did what they always do

Love the auto butler service- just wish that when making an appointment it could be in a more timely manner, example I called and couldn’t get an appointment for almost two months
