Service dept was very prompt in repairing my vehicle. This is the 3rd time my vehicle has been in for warranty repairs since 6/2019..Only issue I had was with courtesy shuttle to pick me up to get my repaired vehicle. Was not told it was first come first serve in the morning.until that morning. I could not wait until shuttle was done with other runs, I needed to get to work. Courtesy shuttle did not work for me

Overall excellent service met all the requirements for adding an additional warranty on my 2015 F-250 in extending my warranty for an additional 75k miles. All my problems were addressed and vehicles are back on the road.

I dropped my car off while I was at work and had a it back before the day was over it came back cleaned and ready to go great service all around

I was over charged first of all I took my mks Lincoln to be wash and abt two streets over I arrived home my husband said water was running from under found out my water pump was leaking, parts was $500 and labor $2100 and charged me for a renter car and I have insurance coverage. I am going to get BBB and state attorney involved.

The people are very friendly and know what they are doing. Explain what they are doing so I know what was done to the car. Needed to get the fan working so I had warm air blowing into the car.
