Ask for BMAX! I had a great experience at the dealership today and wanted to give a well-deserved shoutout to Brian Maxwell. From the moment I walked in, Brian was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the details of the vehicle, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear he cares about his customers and wants them to make the right decision, not just a quick sale. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free—honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Brian Maxwell. Five stars all the way!

I made an appointment to look at a truck 3 days in advance. Texted Kyle the night before and he told me we were good to go. This was a 2 hour drive from my house. I was 8 minutes away when Kyle called and told me the truck had just been sold. Don't waste your time of you're driving any distance at all, read other reviews, I am one of many this has happened to. The dealer opened at 9am, my appointment was for 10am,he called at 9:36 am. I really doubt they sold a truck that had been on their lot for 65 days in the first half hour of business on a Friday.

I have never been so happy on how Brian Breez helped me get what I wanted!!!! I want to say thank you once again on everything that you have done for me!!!!! I am very grateful and blessed to have what I wanted!!!!! Your one awesome man and of course you could of not did it without GOD so thanking GOD as well. Breez your the best!!!! I spoke to Luis on a Thursday (6/22/23) at 4:22 pm. We scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am, the following morning, the opening time. After driving 2 hours to our scheduled appointment, we were told the car sold the night before. No one notified us. So not only did we drive 2 hours to Akron, but had to turn around and drive another 2 hours home. This was so rude, unnecessary and extremely frustrating. My husband took the day off of work for our appointment to see the car. This could have easily been avoided if someone had texted or called to notify us that the car was no longer available. Beware of this so called dealership! A scam. Very unprofessional and rude.

Only a one star since zero is not an option. Had a scheduled “VIP” appointment for Tuesday to see a car. Get a confirmation email about the appointment that morning. Load trailer to go get the car. Drive 2 hours and 40 minutes. Sales manager tells me that they took a deposit on the car the day before so it is no longer available. The angle was to still get me on the lot to try to sell me another car. Horrible business ethics. Beware of these jokers.

The sold me a garbage truck for 15,000.00. Of my hard earned money. Promised me service and never received it. Bought it in February, falling apart in May. And everyone is taking a blind eye to the situation. Jerry, you and crew really let me down. The person I met, I would’ve expected better.
