I took my 2024 GMC Denali HD Ultimate in to get a new OnStar module put in. When I dropped the truck off there was no codes. When I went to pick up the truck Every light on the dash was on and when I say every light there was 41 codes when i scanned it with my tool No 4x4 parking break came on every time you put in park and about everything didn't work other then the truck ran. Th OnStar navigation witch was the problem in the first place was slow as a can be. So I called and set up an appointment to get fixed and go pick up the truck and was told I have a $531.00 bill due to erase the codes. Mind you have have bought several brand new trucks from them So I argued my case and said why would I pay for something you messed up and was told by Mike @ billion Chevy service department "He does spend a ton of money here but luckily we are a billion dollar company so we don't have to worry about small customers like that" WOW Mike congratulations I will NEVER in my life spend one more dollar with any part of that company. This is defiantly not the first time I have took my truck in to get fixed and mistrials something else was messed up that I had to pay for. Absolutely ridicules.

Troy was great to work with. I brought my 25 year old Corvette in for an oil change and inspection before I put it away for the winter an they were quick and did great.

The service man was very helpful and he speaks Spanish. It helped me to understand better and to feel comfortable asking questions. The price for oil service is a little bit higher but I suggest to have rewards or discount.
