The Advisor David was non attentive.

The Advisor David was non attentive. My vehicle was brought in at 8am; I took the day off work to get my car serviced. At 3pm I had to reach out on status of my vehicle and wasn't given any reassurance if it was going to be looked at. I never had to follow up on a service repair; usually the advisor shows great customer service and does a check in. My concerns were not important to him. When he did call the next day in the afternoon to give the prognosis he didn't know the specifications of the part. I had to ask several questions to get the correct answer. Prefer not to be paired with him again.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Andy and Emad were great to work with.Would highly recommend the dealership for business. Truck was ready as promised and all work complete.

Awesome dealership .

Awesome dealership . Crystal was awesome and she went beyond the call of duty . She took care of my Chevy Trax and my Jeep Wrangler. I Love the way she handled everything. She needs a raise big time. I will tell you if I was the service Manager I would give her a raise and do everything I could to keep her and keep her happy.

Overall experience was great.

Overall experience was great. Traded in my vehicle for lease. Really nice people they took care of me. It was very straightforward no upcharge no hidden fees and I got exactly what I wanted.

I have a 2012 Chevy Exspress 3500 van .

I have a 2012 Chevy Exspress 3500 van . I took it to several other mechanics that could not find the problem!!!! I had changed the ignition and the keys needed to be paire with the vehicle that took them moments to fix and charged me the minimum fee ! Amazing experience and amazing service! I will be going to Hampton Chevrolet for all my repairs! Screw big Al’s and pep boys !
