They treat their customers like royalty when needing

They treat their customers like royalty when needing service. They make the service is completed either perfection. They only do what’s needed and don’t add in extra services to try to get a dollar.

I call they say they will get back to me tomorrow,3 days

I call they say they will get back to me tomorrow,3 days later they call. I had to go up there and make the guy wait on the phone with the insurance company. Otherwise he was gonna hang up and tell me he was gonna call me tomorrow.. I told him you stay on hold. I’ll stand right here.. The transmission was put in fast and seems to be working, but the guy at the desk needs to learn how to communicate with people if I’ve only made two car payments and the transmission goes out. I think I sit priority on the list if you want a five star rating.

This dealership has been the VERY worst dealer I have

This dealership has been the VERY worst dealer I have ever had to use, from the very first day i purchased it. They are complete rip offs. They say free oil changes, but then say you have to pay for tire rotation, which is $40. Doesnt sound free. I honestly hate this car and wish I would have driven further to purchase from another dealership. Now they want to charge me $200 to tell me I have leaves under my car and that MIGHT me the burning smell I smelt. What kind of diagnostic is that?????? Then every single time I bring it in they want extra items added and tell me if I don't then I wont have a warranty. This includes turning down a tire rotation. what does that have to do with my engine or transmission, etc. This place needs to be shut down. I will most definitely be reporting them to the BBB. They can't keep overcharging people and constantly threatening them. It is literally a fight every single time I have to deal with them.

The Advisor David was non attentive.

The Advisor David was non attentive. My vehicle was brought in at 8am; I took the day off work to get my car serviced. At 3pm I had to reach out on status of my vehicle and wasn't given any reassurance if it was going to be looked at. I never had to follow up on a service repair; usually the advisor shows great customer service and does a check in. My concerns were not important to him. When he did call the next day in the afternoon to give the prognosis he didn't know the specifications of the part. I had to ask several questions to get the correct answer. Prefer not to be paired with him again.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Andy and Emad were great to work with.Would highly recommend the dealership for business. Truck was ready as promised and all work complete.
