He insisted on tracking down a car in the color of our choice, which is not easy in the current market, and gave us a great deal on accessories for the car. The entire process went very smoothly. We negotiated via email and phone. All was concluded before we physically arrived at their location. We felt they should have been more prepared for our visit since it had been determined via email, text and telephone calls 2 days before when a specific day and time was established. It was clear that Dan was new to his trade but his abundant respect for us made our time with him pleasant. I will recommend Fred Anderson to my friends, who ask, with the above reservations on their overall preparedness. We will follow through with specified oil changes, but the hour trip from our house will become problematic for the future due to our age and medical conditions.

Johnson Taylor was great! I visited the Fred Anderson Sanford Toyota dealership just to look for the available Toyota Tacoma Trucks. Johnson cared enough to stop what he was doing to ask what I was looking for and how he could help. Johnson was genuine and answered all of my inquiries, and did not attempt to up sell features that are not needed on a dark color 2021 SR5 Toyota Tacoma that I was looking for. Once Johnson understood my requirements, he located the vehicle; we test drove, then settled the deal. Johnson's immediate sales manager, Ryan, also came through without back and forth haggling.
