Excellent dealership, no hassle purchase of my brand new Toyota Highlander. David and Bryan were awesome. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle, very honest about what dealership can do and what they can't. No false promises. They went over every detail carefully. Explained all the pricing and what was included in each line item. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I had been taking my bmw that I purchased from there, to get serviced for last 3 yrs and not to much of a problem and then made appointment brought it out and waited 3 hours to only be told they couldn't do it because didn't have big enough wrench. As I was told the boy said that and turned walked off like o well. No apology or have a nice day or anything. O well. Last time I waste time there

Talked with two people who told me vehicle was on lot to come look at it. I drove 40 minutes to walk around a lot in the cold to try to locate vehicle that was not there. We were offered another similar vehicle, but once we walked the lot to locate that one, we were told it had been sold the day before. Wasted my time . Very unprofessional and will not go there again. Be prepared for unprofessionalism with this company.

I have bought multiple vehicles from Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford over the past few years. The sales, finance, and managing staff are always professional and very helpful. It's always a pleasure working with them.

Advisor said he would cancel a parts order for me, but he didn’t. Had to call parts dept the next day. Reason for visit was to have rear window tint material replaced because of scratch lines in the material; the scratches are now gone BUT now there are smudges on window UNDERNEATH the tint material.

Service was great! My vehicle was well taken care of, and everyone was very polite and professional. It's always a pleasure getting my car service by Anderson Toyota. Thank you.
