They were all very nice and cordial.

They were all very nice and cordial. Mr. Rogers was fantastic to work with. He kept me up to date on car delivery and came in to help with final sale. I couldn’t have asked for anyone nicer to deal with.

Market price adjustment.

Market adjustment and they are charging for dealer installed options that come standard on the model I am looking at. I would never do business with a dealership that does this now or in the future. Sanford and Raleigh locations

BEWARE

BEWARE went in for service they added on without discussing the add on with me also lied about a tire rotation said they did and in fact did not rotate and charged me for BEWARE! Went in for a car service , they added on service I did not ask for did not discuss with me and charged me for. The service advisor also lied , the add on was a tire rotation, check my tires and they did not do a rotation and charged me for . I will never go back to this dishonest place of business!

Extremely frustrating

We bought 2 vehicles from this dealership in Oct 2021, a tundra and a highlander. Our sale went well however I was promised a second key fob I never received. Then I was called some 2 months later and asked if I had bought the highlander because the dealership had not completed the correct purchase documents. They were sent fed ex for me to sign and return. Still no second key fob. Then my key fob was lost at church so I was unable to enter my highlander, the vehicle was opened with a slim and then it completely shut down and locked it self. I paid to have the my vehicle towed to my home. I emailed and called this dealership at least 10 times, and everytime I received no response. I gave this dealership the opportunity to correct there mistake but I still received no resolution. I was given a quote of 368.00 and then called and told it would be 550.00 but then when I was billed it was 608.00. I even spoke with service department they stated it would cost no extra if a second key fob was programmed at the same time. So Fred Anderson had many opportunities to resolve this situation and failed to do so. I paid my bill also and payed to have the vehicle towed to the dealership all I wanted was the key I was promised when I purchased this vehicle.

Dealership was very pretty and clean.

Dealership was very pretty and clean. Sales staff very friendly. However, this was not a good experience for me. I had already driven from Rocky Mount to Fred Anderson in Raleigh (after talking with the salesman twice that same morning!) only to find that they had sold the vehicle I was interested in the previous day. They looked on the computer and told the vehicle I was interested in at Sandford was still available. I drove from Raleigh to Sanford only to find that vehicle had been sold as well. So all that time,driving and gas was for nothing. I was very disappointed, to say the least, especially when I had talked to the salesman that same morning only to find the vehicle had been sold. The nice salesman at the Sanford dealer did try to call me and tell me but I was in Raleigh. The salesman at the Raleigh dealer obviously was not very knowledgeable about what was happening around him.
