Service is very informative of the needs of my vehicle. Very polite and the service is usually pretty quick. I made my appt. online. I would recommend to anyone taking their car for service. also my dim bulb was not working so I picked one up before I got there and they installed with no charge.

We had excellent service but was very disappointed that...

We had excellent service but was very disappointed that the lifetime oil change and service for purchasing a new vehicle is no longer available. With that option no longer on the table it definitely almost made us reconsider. But we do like the vehicle very much and we made the purchase due to that and the great service provided by Tiffany. She was very kind and we appreciated her. Next time if we decide to come back we'll buy a used vehicle though. Without that lifetime oil change and service warranty, then we really don't see the value in a new vehicle purchase over buying a vehicle 3 years used. If we didn't have the disposable income to not mind, then there's no way we would've made the trade because that lifetime oil change and service warranty was incredible and we're very disappointed that it's no longer available.

Definitely not impressed and I only bought the car from them because it fit my needs. Management is awful and plays games. If you like Toyota I recommend finding another dealership and stay clear of these guys!

Nice people and good waiting room- provides beverages while you are waiting for your service to be completed. Also wash your car when finished and get your receipt email.
