Recall repair with ease!

I have had several recall issues resolved at Fred Anderson Toyota in Sanford, NC They very present when I arrive and check me in quickly and easily for my appointment. I enjoy their shuttle service to downtown Sanford while they are working on my car so that I can walk around and take photos. They call me when my car is ready and pick me up. For a dealership they do a professional job and are very efficient.

Standard service with a smile

I appreciate the service department at Fred Anderson. Everyone is courteous and helpful every time! I appreciated the coupon for free wiper blades, they are working great and my alignment helped eliminate a vibration I was experiencing above 65 mph. Thanks!

Great Experience

I found my Tundra online from Autotrader and me salesman was Richard Covington. He did a great job listening to my concerns and what I thought was a fair deal to purchase the care. After two versions of price negotiations, we settled on a price. Richard was a professional and pleasant individual to work with. I'd recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to buy your next vehicle.

Nice service experience

In January 2020, I had my six month service completed on my Highlander. The experience was perfect. My car was finished in about one hour and all questions addressed. Thanks.

regular maintenance

Our appointment was on time, maintenance done in a timely manner. Friendly personnel. However, I thought the sales pitch for wheel alignment was tacky, not what one expects from a class operation.

Good experience

I came for 40,000 oil change, and service is good as usual, and got car washed as well. I would recommend this service center to local people. I will come back here for future service.

Problem resolution

Additional time was spent in finding a solution to a very serious issue. Trying to come up with a plan that benefited all parties. Issue is still being addressed but I feel that it will be resolved .
