Came in to pick up our key they lost from purchasing our 2020 limited nightshade 4Runner. They didn’t rinse the car. They tossed the key in the car with nothing on it to hook onto our keys. No key ring. I asked about rinsing the car for us. He said well we usually do but you have to let us know. This is the second time I e had this experience! They sent us in our way without even moving the car infront of us blocking us from leaving. After being frustrated from them losing one of our keys in the first place. I had to ask them to move the car infront of us!! The guys were just standing around. They weren’t even busy. What a lousy experience!!

These people were very helpful with the purchase of my new Tacoma. They gave me a generous trade in allowance on my old non-running car and worked with me to pay off the outstanding loan on the old car. Other dealerships I visited were not nearly as helpful. I highly recommend!

I had a routine oil change, tire rotation. It was quickly done! Everyone is friendly and helpful. No one was behind the desk to take my money so one of the service dept. guys came and took care of me.
