This was my first time buying a car and it was amazing!!!! The sales representative was amazing, answered all of my questions, and most importantly listened to me. The vehicle is amazing and I have NO regrets with my purchase.

The dealership was very friendly when i drove up. I always wanted a Toyota. They dealership really helped me get in this car that i happy with. And my daughter recommend me to the dealership.

Great experience with a knowledgeable and personable sales representative, took time explaining the vehicle and answered all the questions. Highly recommended! Kudos for management for making the deal happen as well.

I knew the vehicle I wanted and they did everything possible to get me in the exact one I requested. My sales rep went over everything with me and he was very helpful.

Labor prices are too high. Can go some where else a lot cheaper for service and another vehicle. Service man was nice but still too expensive except for free oil change. :)

Kyle is always professional and informative. Had oil change and Kyle informed me of future required maintenance. This staff rep. is always friendly and supports veterans.

Made an appointment with a concierge and was even sent a video of the truck i wanted to see that day. When I arrived for the appointment was greeted and show the truck. I even test drove the truck and all was fine something was streaked down the side of the truck. The manager looked at it and called help to detail it while we did paperwork. After working on it awhile they still didnt have it clean. I told them to just keep it another day /do it right /and i would return the next day. They called the next day and said they sent me a video of clean finish. It never came but a text did that evening that the truck was sold. When you show a Truck appointment make sure its sellable.

one thing that would've been better - I was there for 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation - when checking out I kind of felt that I could've paid and left earlier, but they forgot I was there waiting that whole time (they must of thought I had left the car?) - if I hadn't finally got up and asked, I think I would've still been waiting ...

This is our first time at Fred Anderson Toyota. We picked a new 2020 suv. However. They lost one of the sets of keys to the suv. They didn’t keep in contact with us, like they said they would. We had to keep calling. Texting. Leaving messages for them to ask about our key! Still today. I texted a question and still no response to my question. Disappointing they lost the key. More disappointed they didn’t keep in contact with me. Disappointed that I have to drive back up there to get Key programmed that they lost in the first place. 🙄🙄🙄🙄😘😘😘 so annoying and out of my wY.

Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with in all my years of driving. I don’t take my truck to any other shop. Always great service and I consider them as friends for life.
