Great job with the service department.
As always, I carry my vehicle in for service and if they find something else wrong they advise me of what they found. They have never tried to make me fix it right then but they want me to be aware of this problem. If there is 2 or 3 different things they tell me this should be taken care of as soon as possible. They are concern about my safety before making money to me. It is good to know that Fred Anderson has a service department that is caring and wanting me to know that my safety is important to them. Thank you.

No interpersonal skills/ can't think for themselves
First of all, I received this email starting with Hi Wendy. My name is Kelly. I sure hope you didn"t send any of my personal information to Wendy. I brought my 2013 Prius in to have the headlights changed due to you have to practically remove the entire front end to get to them. I left paying almost $160 because it seemed that I just so happened to need a gasket on the cover of my timing chain since it was leaking. They managed to extend my warranty so it only cost me $100! Did I really need it or even get it? who knows! they don't show you any work they've done. After being without my car for 2 days since the computer was already shut down when my husband got there right before closing to pay and pick it up, I went at 7:20 am so I could be first as I had another appointment. It was 27 degrees outside and since I saw Danny, my contact person, I told my ride to go ahead. Danny proceeded to look at me through the window and make me wait until 7:30 to let me in with some xx story about they can't let you in early..and I still had to go to the waiting room because the person wasn"t in yet to start the computer! Don't you open at 7:30 and shouldn't you be ready to work at 7:30? After some confusion with where my paperwork was, I was finally able to leave 15 minutes later. The "service" or lack there of, leaves a lot to be desired.

Excellent Experience/Satisfied Customer
We found that this dealer had a used Honda Ridgeline we wanted and requested a contact. Within 3 minutes, literally, we had a phone call from Laura Long, and then 2 emails from other sales people. They followed up with a video email and said they had pulled the keys so that the car would still be there when we drove 4 hours to get there. Wayne Gomillion was our salesman while there and he knew more about our Honda than some sales people we had worked with from many other dealers. He was thorough, professional, pleasant and efficient. He managed the process of getting our car appraised quickly by Kyle James, the paperwork done, and we bought the Honda! Two weeks later, he called to say the second set of keys had been returned by the previous owner and had them sent to us in 2 days! Incredible follow-up! The dealership was also outstanding. A diverse workforce that helped each other out - which I appreciated - having worked at the UN. While I was doing paperwork, Chan helped my wife run an errand - thank you, sir! Other dealerships could learn a lot by observing this dealership at work.

Maintenance visit
Took my 2019 Toyota RAV4 in for routine maintenance. Everyone in the service area were very friendly. The salesman who sold me the car stopped by to say hello while we were there. My car was done within 30 minutes. Looked great after the free car wash.

Quick and efficient
Had a list of work that needed to be done. Left vehicle and work was complete in an hour just as promised. Danny greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. Really like this young man, looking forward to working with him again
