2006 Tundra with check engine light

Got in and out in with great experience. Service department was very helpful and got a wash to boot. Will definitely take the truck back for service. Turned out to be an issue with the seal on the gas cap!

Simple low tire pressure light had to be reset.

I have always been happy with the service and the service personnel when I have had to have service on my van. The work has always been as promptly performed as possible and the waiting area is satisfactory.

Worth the wait

Every time we bring our Avalon in for service we look for Luther to assist us in the service; today we arrived for our 60,000-mile service and knew we were looking at a good chunk of change for the service. Luther explained if we didn't have the family plan our service would be over $500.00, but because we belong to the Toyota Family Plan (which I recommend for everyone) our charge will be only $250.00. That made us very happy. While the service was going on Luther let us know that the tires reached their safety road mileage limit and should be replaced. He had explained our options and he had made his reconditions to us, and we went with his knowledge. This added a wait time on us but we made new friends in the waiting room and passed the time talking about the TV event and the experances in our past. Before we knew it the car was ready.

Life long Fred Anderson customers

We had a wonderful car buying experience and felt that Shawn, Wade, and our Finance manager we're outstanding. Shawn btw was very knowledgeable, respectful, and funny throughout our transaction.We felt extremely comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. His military experience through service and family made him a easily relatable. I appreciate how genuine he was and even understanding the needs of a new mom. Our baby was with us the entire time and he continually made sure that I was comfortable, and even made suggestions of more private places to nurse in the dealership when my son was hungry. We are very thankful to him and the entire staff of Fred Anderson Toyota for helping to ensure our car buying experience was positive and valued. Nice People

The GM and two sales team member we worked with were friendly and professional. There was very little, if any, awkwardness or pressure, which is rare in a car buying experience. They worked with us, and we were able to reach a conclusion that satisfied all parties. I would easily buy from them again. Best dealership experience I’ve had.
