Tire rotation and oil change

Great service, especially customer relations! No issues at all. Everything went according to plan and I was in and out in around an hour and a half.

Purchase of a New 2020 Tacoma

The Team at Toyota of Sanford provided an exceptional sales experience for the purchase of my new Tacoma. The Sales Rep, Chris Testa, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have always been pleased when leaving from a service....

I have always been pleased when leaving from a service. But last week not so much. Went in for 35,000 service, I requested online I wanted my car washed also when I made the appointment. They call me up to say it is finished was gonna charge me for rotating tires but I have the extra maintenance and warranty on my vehicle. So they took that off the bill. I walk outside my car had not been washed and I couldn’t even tell if the tires had been rotated. Since my vehicle was dirty I figured you could at least seen where the tire was handled taken-off and putting back on car. But no marks at all. Hopefully when I come back for 40,000 service I will feel different and happy with my service.

Waited too long at the dealership. Five hours+

S ales lady was knowledgeable on all technology. TV station was promoting 0% financing. We have excellent credit 850+ and was not qualified for the 0%.

Awesome!!

We bought our second vehicle within 2 weeks from this dealership. Richard was our salesman and he was the main reason we decided to come back for our second vehicle purchase. Service has become an issue over the past year.

I was informed that i was overcharged on past service with no option on receiving a refund without the original receipt. Extremely long wait times of 1 hour to 1.5 hours, sometimes longer for a routine maintenance.
