The service went fine but the service rep has blown me...
The service went fine but the service rep has blown me off twice in two services. I have warranty work on the truck. They say they’ll call back when the part comes in but don’t. 5k later, problem still exists and they say they’ll call. 10k more on the truck and it’s still unrelated. I have a feeling they’re waiting until the warranty is up and going to try to tell me it’s no longer covered. I won’t be going back.

I drive out of my way to come to this toyota these guys and gals at Fred Anderson is just a different type of people theyre are kind and work so well and speedy! I will continue to use them while I'm here stationed at fort bragg.

I have had a terrible purchasing experience with Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. I bought the car at the beginning of October and wanted my plates transferred over to the new vehicle. A month passes by and I get a new plate in the mail from the dealership with no explanation. The next day I get a letter from the DMV saying that I had a lapse in insurance and that my plates I had been driving around with were still registered to my old car! On top of this, I have been waiting for over a month and a half now on an IOU from the dealership. I have had to reach out for updates multiple times now for updates that are always lacking in details. Multiple times I have been told that the sales associate will contact me and he never does. I have been lied to multiple times by Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford regarding this and I am still trying to unravel this whole issue. I will never use Fred Anderson for purchasing again! This is simply ridiculous. At least they gave me a good price otherwise everything would have been terrible.

They claimed I needed new front brakes without any test drive to listen to the odd sounds which was the reason I brought my car in.

Car was left in Maintenance needed see dealer for service. I tried numerous of times to get that reset; too no avail. Called service department and was given different directions, neither worked. I guess I'm going to have to either return to dealership just to reset dash screen or ride around like that until I have to go in for service in 3 months or so.
