Great Service!

Mark was very informative about what needed to be fixed. Pricing was given as soon as he could, so there were no surprises. And, my sat was nice and clean when I got it back.

Way too slow.

Way too slow. It took 2.5 hours for a tire replacement and alignment. The work and service otherwise were good

Service experience with Thomas and BMW

Thomas my service manager was excellent from start to finish, the service team red carpeted my experience and kept me in the know throughout the process. I could not have asked for a better experience. I walked in unhappy, bracing to be disappointed I leave it loyal and wanting to work with Thomas again. His professionalism, his care was 5 diamond service. The service team greeted me was courteous and exceptional, they sent me videos, talking me through the process of how they were taking care of my vehicle, it was wonderful service.
