BMW is great. They got me in and out quickly, my advisor was thorough and answered all of my questions, he even gave me a print out of what should be looked at in the future with no hard pressure sale.

BMW SCHEDULED SERVICE REVIEW
The dealership contacted me and scheduled an 8:30 a.m. appointment with me. At 9:00, I asked when I would get checked in. There had been a mix up and my first and middle name were listed, not my last. This was immediately corrected and I was helped right away. Scheduled service was the first time after 3 year free service expired. I was offered a maintenance contract which covered the cost of this service and the next one for a reasonable price. Mix ups occur and this was resolved immediately to my satisfaction.
