I will only go to this dealership. I've been working with Rami for years and trust him. Serena was my last sales consultant and returns any type of communication quickly. Lexis, from service is very good at what she does and has always handled all of my concerns. I've also been working with Matt the service manager for years and I've always had good experiences.

Salesperson Zach was very professional and honest. It was unexpected that a car was available to be sold instead of waiting till the end of the month. With the information that Zach provided us and the demonstration of how well this car performs we struck a deal in less than half hour. Made the change to BMW
BMW is safe and reliable. The customer service was exceptional in the service department when I go in for maintenance. This is my second new BMW. Changed over in 2007 from being a previous Mercedes owner. Very happy I did. Much more mechanically reliable.
