WE HAD A MAJOR ISSUE WITH SOME OF PAPER WORK WITH PURCHASE. WENT BACK TO CLASSIC AFTER FINDING THIS OUT AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFULL AT FIXING THE PROBLEM . THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN .

BEWARE!!!! Fraudulent information information used on credit application and title work. HORRIBLE customer service AFTER the sale is made.

Chance was a great salesman. He answered all my questions the only thing I felt was not checked was the mirrors shake and they did not notice it because we did not get on the highway.

My local dealership had the vehicle I wanted but apparently felt that it was more important for the dealer’s wife to be able to use said vehicle so I called Classic Ford to confirm that they did have the vehicle I wanted on hand and in the parking lot. They did, so I drove 1 1/2 hrs to buy my new Explorer ST. Classic Ford made it so easy!
