Made appt. A month before dropping it off. They gave option to wait for service, left vehicle due to having other errands called them 3 days later and they still had not even touched vehicle and had no time frame to when they could. Appt for recall and inspection bad customer service. No communication.

They have had my transit van two weeks, haven’t even started on it. Rude customer service and service manager, once this repair is completed I will never use this dealership again. They really should have a going out of business sell, or at least close down the service department. Pitiful

I dropped my suv off a day earlier only to be called the next day to tell me that one part of my recall was out in the ocean they knew that beforehand why didn’t they call me and let me know not to come so my suv had two recalls so the guy had the nerve to tell me why don’t I wait and have the both done at the same time I told him absolutely not my suv had been there since the day before and go ahead and do the roof rail for which they had parts for they didn’t do anything I’m totally disappointed my suv sat there a whole day for nothing just like my time is not important I will not be doing business with you all again
