AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Avoid this dealership at all costs. I called, looking to purchase a 2021 Mustang GT Premium. They WILL NOT HONOR MSRP. TABATHA MORGAN took 4+ hours to send me the purchase order ONLY to find out that an extra $3,700 were tacked onto the MSRP of the car. I then requested to speak with the manager, STAN LOVEJOY (General Manager), but he too was just as conniving as Tabatha. He tried JUSTIFYING the huge mark up by saying “other dealerships are trying to purchase the car and are willing to pay that $3,700, but I don’t want to sell it to them because I’d rather sell it to a customer.” Upon trying to negotiate, even a slightly lower price, STAN cut me off and neglected to listen and assumed that saying “sorry, I don’t mean to cut you off” makes it ok to cut people off. What a joke of a manager. Shame on the both of you for trying to hustle your “customers”. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Take your business LITERALLY anywhere else.

I had my Ford Fusion towed in. I told them very little of the problem and they did a thorough diagnostic on it. The result was an almost $5000 savings from another quote I got from another dealership. Thank you Classic Ford. Mary H.

How about a certified pre-owned 2016 Ford Fusion SE. 2017 or 18. The salesman told me it was a 2.5 l Turbo. I took his word for it but, today I took my vehicle in first service I asked the technician to show me the turbo and he said there is no turbo in this vehicle I would have never known had I not asked I was lied to by the salesman. Wanted to talk to the management today and they wouldn't even talk to me about it. This is a crooked dealership. Turbo is more expensive than a regular 2.5. I got ripped off. I'll never go back there for anything else. Thanks for nothing Classic Ford

The customer service at classic Ford in Smithfield is horrible. I was told by a Mr. Tim Jones to take my defected car that they had already diagnosed with a major problem, 30 miles down the road to another Ford dealership who could help me! I don’t take putting my child or myself in danger very lightly and this is what that man was telling us to do. When asked to speak with a General Manager, I was told he is not here today and was giving the run around. No one here is on the same page. My child and myself spent over 4 hours waiting for a rental car to be told we don’t have anything for you. They then told me to pay for a rental myself and they could reimburse me later. This is not acceptable as this is a brand new vehicle still under warranty and has spent more time in the shop than in my own yard! No one at this store made this right and I am currently without a vehicle to drive because classic Ford of Smithfield could not step up and put one of there customers in a rental car!

Terrible experience
I took my truck in for service for oil change and told the service advisor about something hanging from underneath my truck he assured me they would check it out. About an hour and a half later he come out and told me everything is good and I’m ready to go. When I get home I noticed something hanging under my truck it was the under pan and they had just tied it up and it was still broken. I called the service manager twice and left messages with no return. Very poor service

Nasty Finance Manager! Yikes
I went in back in February to check out a used F150. The truck was older with more miles than I was really looking for, but I wanted to give it a look before I purchased another one I had been looking at. The salesman who helped me was great! However, the finance guy was done helping me after he found out I wasn't using one of their lenders. He valued my 2017 spotless trade with 30k miles at about 4k under book trade in value and jacked the price up on their vehicle.. I work in sales, I know how the game works but that was pretty insulting. He went on to explain to me that they did some sort of "Platinum Detail" or something on the truck I was looking at.. Which from what I could see, consisted of a bunch of tire shine and some tan interor spray paint on the door panels haha... Long story short, When I left there, I went to Deacon Jones and got a LOW mileage truck and a fair price on my trade... I usually switch vehicles at least once a year, I won't ever shop here again...

We were very happy with our experience with the staff at Smithfield Ford. They worked with us to get a 0% interest rate for 72 months. Highly recommend this company for your ford needs. Glen, the sales and leasing consultant was very friendly. He sat with us for 45 minutes on all the features and uses of this truck. He showed us how to use the app as well. He had followed up and told us if we have any questions we could contact him at any time. Fantastic customer service.
